I'm sorry that the file is only uploaded by my IT friend as I wanted to create my own forum.
Can you please help me to delete it for me.
If you can , can you tell me what I should do in order to reopen my account.

There's nothing you can do to get your account reopened, we have zero tolerance for nulled, illegal, scripts, thus the suspension is permanent. It is always YOUR responsibility to check that the scripts you upload are legal and does not violate our TOS.
All access to your hosting account has been revoked, no backups will be provided.
