not able to get into cpanel

I do login and get to https://x10hosting.com/control/ just fine, but when I click View details for free hosting and then click login to cpanel it takes me to https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/login/ and tells me my login failed.

I even tried typing in my same username and password I typed in to get to https://x10hosting.com/control/ and it did not work.

cpanel, https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/login/, does have a different username then your control panel (https://x10hosting.com/control/) so same username will not work.

I see you have a password update action listed, so that might not have been fully carried over to your cpanel account, I've seen reports that others on your server had to wait longer then usual for their actions to be carried out. I will alert an server admin to that and have them check if there's anything preventing changes to come through to the cpanel server.

Hello Anna, That is how it used to work. I would go to cpanel from the https://x10hosting.com/control/ and it never would ask me to login then. My password update I actually just updated the exact same password I had. I was having this issue before the password update, I did the password update to try and see if that would work. Michael

Hello Anna, I am also having trouble using the ftp login through my ftp client. I have used this before and just saved the settings.
