I was using Mchat and i got suspended. I didnt knew that using it is not allowed. I will remove it now. Please atleast give me access to my cpanel.

Oops. Sorry. But atleast give me my forum files back. I didnt even had a backup. Please. I need my files.

If you'd like to upgrade to an Illuminated or Premium package, then you can have your entire account transferred to the new package. Chat scripts are allowed in those package, but not in free hosting. Otherwise, access to the account (including backups) is not allowed.

I'm sorry, but no. Any access to your account is forbidden (including backups) unless you are willing to upgrade.
