problem accessing site

Hi.

Although FTP is fine, every time I try to access my site (http://thetireyard.x10.bz/) in a browser, I get an error, get redirected to a default page (http://thetireyard.x10.bz/cgi-sys/defaultwebpage.cgi) and told to contact the webmaster.

Could you throw some light on this issue for me?

Your site works correctly for me. Could you please try clearing your browser's cache?
