Webpage deleted

Hi,

my webpage, previously at this address - mokwenkai.x10hosting.com, has been deleted without my knowledge. I've got many important files there that I'll like to retrieve. Can anyone please tell me how get back my website?

That domain isn't showing as valid; do you know what the old cpanel name was?


If the account hadn't been logged into once every 30 days, it'dve been suspended and then erased 14 days afterward. Once that happens we can't recover the data because it'll have been erased from the server altogether. If you know the old cpanel name we can at least confirm that's what happened or at least locate the old account.

I think the old cpanel name was called ''sammo''. Is there anyway I can retrieve back my old files?

No results are coming back for username Sammo; if it was indeed terminated there is no way to recover the files as the files no longer exist to retrieve. That's why it's a good idea ot keep backups, especially as the TOS leaves backups as your responsibility.
