    Locked out of cPanel

    After changing my password, using the Hosting -> update password action, I have been locked out of my cPanel - the autologin process fails and I cannot remember username or password as I have not needed them up till now.
    Also, webmail server refuses to send (I have it saved in my mail account) but the password is correct, as changing it under mail preferences to my new password causes the server to be unrecognised and keep requesting a password.
