If it is not permitted to have a website in armenian let me to backup it i cannot login to cpanel

Unsupported Language is a zero tolerance permanent violation; the TOS makes it quite clear it has to be in English, Spanish, or French. Armenian isn't english, spanish, or french, so the account was permanently suspended because that's one of the easiest rules to follow, and you couldn't.

Under a permanent suspension no access to the account is permitted for any reason including backups; as per the TOS you're responsible for all backups, so if you don't have any, that's not something we can assist with anymore.
