If it is indeed terminated, there'd be nothing there to reactivate, you'd need to sign up for a new account.

Under what cPanel username did you have your account? I can check if it is indeed terminated, or if not what status it is in.

Hello,

That account was terminated on December 10th last year after having been suspended for more then 14 days.

This means you'd need to create a new account and upload any backup you have.
