Account permantly suspended, however I need my files and Database.

As the title says, My account has been suspended permanantly, however I had a lot of files on that I need badly. I also need my database so I can move onto a new server. Is there anyway I could be sent this or be provided temporary access to retrieve my files. I will loose a lot of stuff and I don't see anywhere in the FAQ or Terms of service where it say's You guys are allowed to deny me access to retrieve my files once I've been permanently suspended. If there's is a problem with this I will contact someone.

The TOS does say backups are your responsibility. It does indicate this as well: "x10Hosting retains and offers backups to the customer but does not guarantee this service from failure." However, upon receiving a permanent suspension, you were essentially removed as a customer, hence we no longer need to retain or offer backups.

First, you lost your site due the fact that you violated the terms of service, (which you agreed to at signup), by uploaded a nulled script. Apparently you also failed to backup your own files and keep a local copy of that backup which is ALWAYS a good idea.
It is entirely your fault and your responsibility that your site has been permanently suspended.
