Suspended Account - unsure why

My account was suspended and I'm not sure why. Something regarding my files. Please let me know so I can delete what is not allowed or upgrade. Thank you.

File hosting is strictly forbidden by the ToS. It's a zero tolerance suspension. You won't be unsuspended.

There's no way to just delete those files from the account? I uploaded everything that I need to this server. I don't have to do it, if one of you guys could do it and then unsuspend my account that would be great. Also, would I need to sign up for a new account now that I know I can't do that?

As was already explained to you, your account is permanently suspended. You'll have to wait for it to automatically terminated after a minimum of 14 days or more before you can make a new account. If you make a new account before the current one is terminated, then you'll be breaking TOS again because it states that only one account is allowed.
