You were previously suspended for High Resource Usage, which is probably a result of either extremely high traffic, or a plugin on your blog/CMS that uses a lot of system resources.

If you want to know the exact cause, I can escalate this to higher staff.

I found the problem - that fake hit generator you're using is a massive resource hog, and also uses proxies to perform its job.

That's a violation of the TOS so you can no longer be unsuspended. Believe me, we didn't -want- to block your account, but if you're going to use foul language and break the TOS, then yes you will indeed be blocked.
