30sec - 2min loading time

I have a free hosting account, and I am trying to manage my homepage "frotzi.exofire.net", but when I need to wait for between 30sec - 2min for a page to load, that is just about pointless.
Is it really that hard to have a free hosting account? Or is there something wrong with my account.

(*Using WordPress)

Looking for a understandable answer, I'm no hosting expert.

I'm still having the same issue after clearing all my cache and log. Might it be the connection between me and the server? I'm in Norway

EDIT: I have seen more people with the same problem on server "Starka"
EDIT: It's hard to make a post. When I try to publish it, I get an error about the server might not be available at this time.
