Cannot access website

Both the website "http://community.x10.mx" and my cPanel login "https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083" are not responding. Any ideas?

I do see your site. Came up quite quickly. As does the cPanel sign-in page for Boru.

What sort of error message were you getting?

It just times out waiting for a response. I can access through my phone so maybe just my home IP is banned or something?

The first thing I tired was cache clearing and DNS flush, but still with the same results...I was able to get to site2 but not site1. Still not sure what is going on.

Site 1 is on Boru, Site 2 on Chopin.

Looks like your IP is blocked by x10hosting's firewall OR your ISP is blocking Boru.

Did you recently do some work on your site? Several failed logins? Tried to SSH or otherwise use a secure way FTP in?

Yeah that makes sense...I was trying to FTP in but screwed up the password a bunch and thats about when it stopped working. Any way to undo that?

Ok, will escalate this to a Support Ticket so an Admin can check to see if you are on the automated IP ban list for Boru.
