The option to hide the information from whois would be at the domain registrar not the hosting company. You would have to transfer your domain to us in order for that information to be hidden.

In other words, that kind of feature is only controlled by the specific registrar for your domain.

Buying hosting doesn't get that feature. You're domain must be either bought through x10hosting or transferred to x10hosting. Please look at the link I gave you about that in my previous reply. Through that link, you can buy a domain through x10hosting or transfer an already bought one to x10hosting.
