I cannot access my website.

my account is active but I cannot access to my website. I can access the homepage of x10hosting by http://x10hosting.com and can login to my account of Account Management Panel. I cannot enter my cpanel. please help me. thanks.

Could you give some more detail about this problem? Are you able to reach the log in page at all? Is there an error when you try to log in? If so please post the entire error here.

Sorry, I don't know that the homepage must be in English. I'll translate it into English and update it. But I cannot access the site by ftp and cpanel. please open it for me. thanks

Could you answer my questions from my last reply about trying to access the cPanel? Your previous answer doesn't make any since if you are trying to access the cPanel log in page. What address are you using to get to the log in page? Have you tried going to your account management panel and then click on the "login to cPanel" button? What happens when you do that?

I can access x10hosting.com and can log in to Account Management Panel from this page. but in this page I cannot find "login to cPanel" button.
but if I access to Cpanel http://laotan.x10hosting.com:2082/ ,the browser display:
"Could not connect to remote server
You tried to access the address http://laotan.x10hosting.com:2082/, which is currently unavailable. Please make sure that the web address (URL) is correctly spelled and punctuated, then try reloading the page."
I use ftp software to access the site display "The connection failed due to an error or timeout."

Have you tried a third-party proxy service or asking your ISP if they are blocking those cPanel ports?
