because i have no hostign acount in my control panel . i have only forum acount link left in panel hosting link is removed

Inam, the email you posted doesn't match the one actually linked to your username; do you have any other email addresses that happen to have the same first section, but aren't at yahoo.com, and if so can you check those?

There is a different forum username shown in the image. In future, please only post issues about the account you are currently logged in to. Your current forum username does have an account linked to it. The other username in the screenshot does not have a hosting account associated.
