Blocked hosting account

My hosting account was blocked earlier, due to apparent spam emailing. However, this was caused by a faulty mailing script I created that ran too many times than it was supposed to. I have fixed the script, but now I have to use the forums to unblock my account. I was wondering if you could help me.

Your account has been flagged as a zero tolerance (ZT) suspension. Someone with administrative access to your account determined the script was either abusive in nature or abusable by others. I don't think you have much of a basis for an appeal, since you know that the script was a problem. If you feel that a staff member will look at the files on your account right now and find out that they are not a problem, I will escalate this ticket for a second look. If, however, the script is abusive in it's current state, there is no point in contesting the matter.

Why is it not possible to delete the files from the account? The script is only run when a particular button is pressed, and otherwise, it doesn't run at all. This means going on the website itself does not run the script only when a button is pressed (the one that sends invitations to those who requested it).

And all that in less then an hour...

It wasn't that I had a lot of requests (the system was being tested) it was my mailing script had a faulty loop in it, meaning instead of sending one email to each email address, it kept looping sending an email to the same address over and over.
