No puedo instalar extensiones en joomla

I installed joomla throught Softaculous and via FTP 5 TIMES and I still getting this message when installing plugins to joomla:
"The page you are looking for is temporarily unavailable."
I used internet explorer, firefox , chrome and opera and the I have the same problem, please help me.[COLOR="Silver"]
