We have a strict zero tolerance for the use of nulled scripts. You should always buy scripts from the official source, in the case of vBulletin: http://www.vbulletin.com/
You were most likely scammed if you paid $30 for your script, as it has a price tag of $195 (for the forum only) at their site.
