Connection problem

I can't connect on my ftp server with my login, i don't understand. please help me.

The error message is : critical error, login error

My logs are :
FTP: flowfun@flowfun360.pcriot.com
FTP server: FTP.flowfun360.pcriot.com
But I don't know if my password is god.

Try using:
server: ftp://flowfun360.pcriot.com port 21
user: flowfun
pass: {Your CPanel pass}
