None. You were warned in the TOS what was allowed and what wasn't. Phishing pages violate US Federal law, which you are required to abide by because the server is in the US even if you aren't. Hence, by violating federal law, our TOS was broken, and we don't give second chances on major violations such as this one. Ever.
