and tell me the rules whether i can use NULLED SCRIPTS or not ?

I already said there it's a permanent suspension, so no we can't reactivate it, and one would think that because it's a permanent suspension, the answer is "no, you can't use nulled scripts."

Nulled scripts fall squarely under Copyright Infringement and Warez, so no, they can't be used, no, you can't get your account back, and no there is nothing you can do to resolve it.

We cannot modify an account under a permanent suspension; you should be able to change the nameservers at co.cc if you wish to move to a different hosting provider.

This account will be automatically terminated after a minimum of 14 days although it could very well be longer; we don't expedite the process when our TOS has been broken this severely.
