email forwardiing no longer working

I uploaded (24/01/2011) a form2mail.php script to enable a contact form from a web page to be processed and then forwarded to my email address. It worked fine, however now when I try it no e-mails are being forwarded. Can you assist? Can you tell me if the emails are being forwarded but my email account for some reason is not receiving them?

Did you check your spam folder? X10's server get blacklisted from time to time because some of our users like to send spam email from them, so major services like Hotmail, GMail, Yahoo!, etc. start blocking them.
