Please cancel my VPS.

Dear x10hosting staff, i ordered the D3 VPS Dedicated Server Package for one month.
Yesterday however i got the email that in one week, it will go for another month and i have to pay another 12$ although i know for 100% sure that i only ordered 1 month.
So i sincerely ask if you could please cancel this order, seeing as i only needed the VPS for one single month.
