FTP and site down

both my ftp and my site is down, once in a while it comes up for a minute then dies again

and
http://krb.x10.mx/forum

is there something that can be done??

Thank you, seems starka having alot of problems? is this related to that DDOS attack??

Unfortunately, I don't have access to that information. It's my understanding that the administrators have completely nullified the DDoS. If there is a problem with the server, it's probably something very minor. The server is functioning correctly, it just appears to be slow to respond.

well it seems to be back up and running for now, but hopefully the admins can fix whatever caused it, downtime sucks

*Edit phpmyadmin isnt loading now, and when it does it loads verry slow
