Domain Help

Hi,
I would like to use my own domain with my free host account. Is this possible? If so, can you pleas explain how to do this as i am new to it. If i have to update my name severs i know how to do it except i need your name severs because i do no know them.

As mentioned in that article, the nameservers are ns1.x10hosting.com and ns2.x10hosting.com

thanks thats great. i can do the rest my self.
Just one thing: i was trying to do it myself before and i have got the domain i would like to use on the parked domains and i would like to clear it so i can use it. see the picture for it to make more sense.
