For this one I'm escalating it up to staff as they will need to check the access logs to see if they can happen to determine who actually uploaded the file.

The problem is I just doublechecked it as it's my scanner that flagged it, and it's definitely accurate - there is indeed a c99 shell installed in the urban-fest.com/cpanel directory with filename index2.php. There's no guarantee they'll unsuspend it, but I'm escalating to give it a shot.

Check for updates by email and through your account panel ( https://x10hosting.com/control/login.php ); the ticket will appear closed on the forums but staff can still reply to it from the escalated system.
