hi I am still getting this when I visit my website
when will it be sorted thank you

I have lost over half my visitors all claiming they will never return they say they feel unsafe visiting my website when it's not my site that is infected, it is infact your server

Depending on if it's AVG or McAfee; McAfee -still- hasn't figured out that each x10.mx subdomain is a different site so if one happens to get picked up from being hacked, the entire server goes bad.

If it's AVG, same thing, except it lumps the entire server in as one if one site gets caught with malware.


From experience with actually checking through them, the last time I went through mcafee's, the files and urls they claimed were malware loaded were already killed off the servers - sometimes they get there before we do though, despite our efforts. When that happens, they curse out the entire service.


The ebst we can do is try to dispute it through them but there's no promises they'll get it unblacklisted; do you know off hand -which- of the dozens of services has it blacklisted? If it's AVG or McAfee, we've already tried and they dun listen very well...

has something like this happened before? how long did it take to resolve?

Can you post the full error message that AVG is kicking back?

I've looked at this a bit more and I don't think we've actually -had- problems with AVG before which means this is something entirely new we need to try and tackle, but it's not coming from their LinkScanner service - that one reports your site as fine, but if it's giving errors its coming from one of their other services, and without knowing which it'll slow down trying to solve it


Edit: Nevermind, I just looked and I actually escalated your other ticket on this one, which also had a picture of the error itself. That's plenty for them to work with for starters.
