Hosting and cPanel not working

Yesterday I registered a hosting account at x10hosting. Now the hosting is "active" but the domain (hristoplace.x10.mx) and cPanel don't open. Why?

Both your site and your server's cPanel load fine for me at the moment.
Could you please confirm you are using http://starka.x10hosting.com:2083 to log in?
