Accidentally Deleted My Hosting Account Request. Please Help?

Hi,

I just signed up for a free hosting account a little while ago, but there was a problem with the request, i.e., it said the password was too long. So I changed the password to one that was shorter, but it did not fix the problem. And at some point while I was trying to figure this out, I must have hit a "delete" button or something, as my hosting account info disappeared from my "client account panel" home page, and I got a message stating that I don't have a free hosting account and that I could get one by signing up and/or requesting a new one. So then I tried to request another free hosting account, as instructed, but got a message stating something about me attempting to sign-up through a proxy, etc. By the way, I have a different free hosting account for my blog and did not have this problem when I started it. Please help? Thank you very much in advance!

P.S. Can I just delete the entire account and start over, using a different username or something?
