can't access Cpanel or database

I am no longer able to access Cpanel from my account page.

Also when I was able to (last night) I couldn't find my Joomla database. In the phpmyadmin page there was no database?

I'm not sure about the disappearing database, however I can access the cPanel system on Chopin (your server) with no issues.
Please confirm you are using https://chopin.x10hosting.com:2083 to log in?
