    Is fsockopen() enabled on x10's free hosting?

    Yes, in that it will not throw an error when you try to use it.

    No, in that most outbound ports are blocked.

    Since 25565 is for Minecraft, I would bet it's probably blocked.

    I know it's for minecraft, that's why I'm using it ;) Looks like, I'm going to have to host the script on my own machine :/

    Probably. For the most part, the only outbound ports that the firewalls allow are the standard HTTP ports, such as Port 80.
