My account is suspended , sorry i do not know why it's suspended , i do not use any proxies. My website is on Linux Distribution.

So yeah, my automatic scanner appears to have caught you -while it was running-.

You also made it real easy to find it as you put it in the proxy subfolder:

This is of course in addition to a shoutbox and chat software I located, both of which violate the TOS as well. This account is now permanently suspended and -confirmed-, meaning the account is gone permanently and there is no longer a way to get the account back.


Edit: And if it's not obvious I blocked your cpanel anme for security.

I'm not a web developper , i am a scripter , i can not add any proxy in my webspace , i am not the single user to access to ftp , we are a team (Adrio Team) , we have a web developper . For this , i will ban it from community ! .

You are completely responsible for the content of your account, including who has access to upload things to it. Your account will remain permanently suspended.

The fact is, the who on your end is irrelevant; the who on our end is important, and that happens to be you!

You're responsible for everything the team put on the account as you are the primary account holder, and per the TOS:

Personal accounts are to be used by the primary owner only. Personal account holders are not permitted to resell, store or give away web-hosting services of their website to other parties.


We made our stance on proxies quite clear:

* Proxies: We do not allow any kind of proxies to be used on our servers, for any reason.


That's two separate parts of the TOS that got broken, which is why the entire account is lost, and why we have zero tolerance for it.

No. Permanently suspended is permanently suspended, meaning you cannot have any access to your account at all.
