    Re: down?

Exactly what do you get when you try:

    boru.x10hosting.com
    chopin.x10hosting.com
    stoli.x10hosting.com
    Nothing is always absolutely so.

    Re: down?

I will try to clear my cache and check again, last time I did get an error page where it says to clear cache and some things. Now I only get :

    This site is not available.

The webpage at http://boru.x10hosting.com/ may be temporarily down or may have moved permanently to a new URL.

On the Links u posted I get the same as on my. Except one there i get the error page when it says to clear cache. I will see if it helps to clear.

    Re: down?

Well, if you cannot reach the servers, either you ISP is blocking x10hosting or x10hosting has blocked your IP (if you have multiple failed passwords, try to use SSH or SFTP). It is possible that the recent DDOS has caused them to ban certain IP ranges.

Are you in Brazil by any chance?

    Re: down?

    no, Im in sweden.

And I cant access the homepage from Mobile phone and my friends cant either. the site was working for 24H ago. I dont think it is something with my ISP because not only me. but it would either not be x10hosting because u can access it, right? I dont understand why it would be so that some can visit it, (you guyz, but not me/my phone/ my friends.)

    Re: down?

On an Internet connection that is unable to visit the website, please perform a trace route to your website, "rqs.x10.bz." If you are running Windows on your computer, open up Command Prompt (Either via Start > Run > type cmd and press Enter or by searching for "cmd" if you use Windows Vista/7) and run the following command:

    tracert rqs.x10.bz

Copy and paste the results you obtain to a post. To Copy the results, press the Command Prompt Icon at the Top left of the window, go down to Edit, then click Select All. Press Enter to Copy. Paste it into a post. For security reasons, you may want to remove your User account name from the Copy/paste and you may also want to remove the IP address of Hop 1.

    -------------
    here it is:

    Tracing route to rqs.x10.bz [69.175.121.66]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

    ...

    3 * * gw1-no130.tbcn.telia.com [90.224.176.1] reports: Destination host unreachable.

    Trace complete.
    ----------------------------------

Also my friends gets close the same, just some "timed out" on some stages before unreachable. (all is using telia) so maybe you blocked this telia station or they your?

    Re: down?

this problem seems to come more and more up on the forum. that people cant access the boru server. What I have read in the other forum threads that got the same problem is you telling it's cache problem. I think you should understand by now that it is'nt that.. In some threads you come to the right way. Probaly an ISP problem that can't connect to your boru server. People can access sites on other server but not boru. Just throught proxy. I hope this problem get solved. I don't care/know if its you or the ISP but I have wait 2½ days now to hopefully read some good news in the threads. but no..

This is a great place to host on and I like it very much! but I think it's time for me to move on. because this does not go anywere. Thx for the good time!

    Re: down?

Cache is always the starting spot, however I need to point something out for you:

    * * gw1-no130.tbcn.telia.com [90.224.176.1] reports: Destination host unreachable.

That is not x10hosting it's getting stuck at. One of our staff, Anna, mentioned in another thread that this is a routing issue but it's not something x10hosting can fix as it's not actually occurring -at- x10hosting. In your case, it's jamming up at telia's servers as it tries to get the connection through to x10hosting.

You're still free to move on obviously, but as much as we -want- to fix this one, the error isn't actually occurring in a spot we have any control over

Edit: Mini clarification: We always recommend clearing the cache because it fixes a lot of problems, and it's pretty easy to do, and as a side bonus it won't completely kill the system you're clearing the cache on. Sadly you're right, this isn't one that can be fixed by that, but it's still the generic starting spot we do cause it fixes a LOT of problems
