site not opening

hello,

I have a free domain with x10 hosting.

the web address is : www.cgs.jnu.elementfx.com
Joomla administrator address : http://www.cgs.jnu.elementfx.com/administrator/
cpanel address is : https://boru.x10hosting.com:2083/

the problem i am facing is that since late day before yesterday, I have neither been unable to access the site, nor the joomla administrator page and the cpanel.

Could you please help me with the problem, because I donot have any suspension notification or anything like that, neither have I used the site for any unauthorized purpose.

yes

on my computer they are still not opening.
Can this be an issue with my laptop?
If yes, what could that be?

Could you please do two tracert tests, and paste both results?

One for the IP: 69.175.121.66
and on for the IP: 69.175.121.68

The later does work my end, and is a secondary IP for the server.

If you are on windows: start->run; type cmd and click ok to get the comman line interface up.

On the command line interface that comes up type: tracert 69.175.121.66 Copy the result by rightclicking and chose mark, mark the entire area and right click again, it is now added to memory and can be pasted into the reply. Then do the same for the other IP please.

Hm.. you should at least get the default gateway of your ISP, on both the IPs. Might be you have a firewall on the computer, or in your router/modem, that stops the tracert.

Are you able to get the cPanel login page when going to: http://69.175.121.68:2082

yes,

this one opened in a flash.

The three web addresses that I mentioned are the only one that are not opening.

All the sites were working fine till now...
i dont know what happened...
