Error 404 - Server Error in '/' Application

Hi,
This is my problem: I uploaded a website called default.aspx (and another pages more) and when I tried to execute this website, it gives me the following error: "Error 404 - Server Error in '/' Application - The resource cannot be found. - Description: HTTP 404. The resource you are looking for (or one of its dependencies) could have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable. Please review the following URL and make sure that it is spelled correctly. - Requested URL: /default.aspx"

I just want to know how to resolve it and where I have to upload my files of muy website correctly, please!

.aspx files are not supported on Free Hosting.

The only dynamic files enabled are .php
