Cant load my site

Hi,

I need help with this site:

it wont load and neither will
http://gunnezhacks.x10.mx/install/install.php (i am trying to install vBulletin)

I got suspended (high CPU usage) when i was halfway through installing so that may be the problem...

Both of those links load fine for me. Please clear your browser cache and try again.

It's rare that people can install VB on free with no issues. It's a relatively heavy bit of software to install. I'd be surprised if you can do it without being suspended.
You may want to consider Prime, Illuminated or Premium. The resource usage rules are much more lenient there.

From what I heard though the installation process would pick up where it was aborted if you run it again. A couple users reported being suspended twice before it was fully installed.
