Problem with hosting account signup

hi,
i cant log in my hosting account. it showing a msg like this

"An error occurred as your hosting account signup was executed. The error is shown below:

The password supplied must be between 1 and 16 characters in length."

but my password not more then 16 characters in length.

please help me.
