    Issues with CNAME records

I tried to enter a CNAME for my Google Apps mail. I tried with CNAME 'mail' but the record was not saved properly. However, when I tried to re-enter it, it gave an error saying that the record already existed when there was no record. When I tried to access mail.letstalkip.com, it page a cPanel page error. But when I created a new CNAME 'mails', I could load mails.letstalkip.com but still 'mail' was not there in the list. Could someone please fix the error so that I can use 'mail' instead of 'mails'? Thanks.

Escalated. An AM should be able to do this from the backend.
