Is it possible to install YaCy, which is an open-source p2p search engine on my account?
If so,how?
Does it violate any terms?

Since it runs on Java, it should not run.

Set to crawling mode, you are hogging CPU on your server and would be in violation of the T.O.S. since it is a script that continually runs.
