Thanks Calistoy, but my real question is where (as in what link in the cpanel) do I find the option to suspend my account. Sorry. I'm sure it's staring me in the face by I can't find it anywhere.

I'm very sorry, but I realize now how unclear that post I linked you to was. There is no such link to cancel. The form mentioned in the post you cut and paste into a new free hosting support thread/request and be sure to fill it out before posting.
