Account Suspension, reason "Phpbb mysql chat addon"

Dear Support,
I've just seen the reason for suspension. I wasn't aware of the fact that the shoutbox might conflict with the rules of x10hosting.
Please provide me instructions on what-to-do in order to solve the problem, and please beg my pardon for generating such an issue.

It's got its own section in the TOS actually:

* Shoutbox\Chat Scripts: Use of these scripts is strictly forbidden due to the amount of MySQL queries they take. Accounts found with chat scripts or shoutboxes will be suspended.

This unfortunately is a permanent suspension on the free servers. Upgrading to Illuminated or Premium is the only way to recover the account as shoutbox\chat scripts aren't blocked on the illuminated or premium servers, however there's no free way to get the account unsuspended at this point.

Again, beg my pardon since it was my fault: I clearly missed it.

Now, in order to resolve the problem: can I sig-in for a premium service for one month, in order to gain access to the site and permanently remove the shoutbox mod ?
Doing so I should complain with the TermsOfService and thus getting back ( after premium period ) to my old free plan...

Far as I know that should work, give me a few moments to doublecheck just to be safe though.

Doublecheck completed; that would indeed work. If you jump to Premium, after signing up, open a support ticket through the clients.x10hosting.com link it'll send you, include your free account's cpanel name and server so they can migrate it over.

There is one thing to note; they can do the move from free to premium, however to go from premium back down to free, you have to do the move manually (backup files and databases yourself and move them back down to a free account). This will still work though, as long as you make sure the chat addon doesn't go back on the free account the second time
