my account was suspended as someone uploaded a phishing page on my server , i know its against the terms and conditions, but i request you to please open it once , i will take care personally that i or any one else on my side does not do that. Please i have very valuable data on my server, please remove my suspension , i will be highly grateful to you.

You are fully responsible for the content of your own website and account and due to the fact that phishing is a zero tolerance violation of the terms of service your account will remain permanently suspended.

ok i can understand that ,but can you please let me take down my data from there ? i need it its very important for me ? will you just let me open my file manager and copy the data?please????

Users are not allowed access to permanently suspended accounts for any reason including retrieval of files or data.

With a zero tolerance violation of the terms of service there is no possibility of having your account restored or regaining access to files stored on your account.
