can't find a file

I thought I uploaded a couple of plugins for wordpress, but I can't find them in the file manager.

Ok, I found the plugin I was looking for, but now can't seem to do anything with it. I am blind, so is there a way I can get it to show up under the plugins section of my wordpress dashboard so I can activate it?
