Suspended for uploading an image

Ok so i think i already commited 3 suspensions, but the reason for the two later suspensions was because i was downloading an image for an article in my joomla site.

now i kinda afraid to upload another image again, or else i will be suspended again.

any advice?

hi,

the file is 395kb and the size 1200x4500. I'm uploading it using the K2 image uploader.
and one more thing, whats the best thing to do if suspended? should i stop and do my work the next day? (im transferring my articles on my new site thats why)
