this is all everybody gets, i have attempted to refresh my cache and this doent seem to change and others in my home get the same page aswell.

I see a directory listing when visiting your website.

Since deleting the cache doesn't work, try flushing your computer's dns. I can see an index of / page for your site.

Right i can now viewmy directory, but i cant delete these wordpress folders, i have never had any of these problems before any ideass

cPanel-->File Manager OR FTP
Note permissions for public_html
Change them to 0777
Remove the wordpress directories
Restore permissions on public_html

well its all gone wrong now:/ is there anyway i can just start again, like just remove the domain and cpanel and create a new one?

I am able to view your website with absolutely no difficulty at this time.
Have you cleared your browser cache recently?
