Escalated thread issue!

I posted a thread regarding CNAME records which was escalated but I get an error when I click the link 'This thread has been escalated to a ticket in our support section. Click here to go there.' The error is 'It appears that we are having some slight difficulties, please wait and try your request again. (D38A904F)'. Please help as the support request seems to be stuck!

Thanks Anna for getting back. And no, I cannot see your reply to the issue. As I said, all I get is an error! However, I tried to create a CNAME with 'mail' once again but I get the following error:

mail.letstalkip.com. already has a CNAME record.
You have multiple CNAME records.

Hence, I believe the issue is not fixed yet. Please help.
