web1.vital.x10hosting.com doesn't seem to exist. Your username for mysql is in the wrong format.
I am just me
user should always be in the form: cpanelusername_chosendbusername
same for database: cpanelusername_chosendbname
Host should always be localhost.
calistoy: for the record, that would be an internal address for the server that handles the webpages. Which should not show up there though.
