is dot.tk support subdomain? if yes why my subdomain not working?

If you configure it correctly at the domain controls at .tk, then yes it is supported.

How did you configure it?

i set there nameserver as ns1.x10hosting.com, ns2.x10hosting.com

The subdomain fails because the folder it points to /public_html/wap/ does not exist in your account.

Same goes for your other subdomain.

That is the host to use for setting up a mail client, such as thunderbirs, windows mail etc, unless you reconfigure it, the domain does not point to any webcontent, and is by default not supposed to do so either.

Once you reach a set amount (minimum amount for payout from adsense) of money you should be able to do that.

However that would be a question best asked to adsense support.
