I have not heard about that CMS, but as long as it is not illegally obtained, there should be no problems at all. I can not guarantee that it runs smooth on Free hosting as that would depend on its resource usage for instance.
What are the requirements for the CMS regarding php, mysq etc?

Did some googling and found their site.
The php requirements are met. We are using Linux. Looks like we have a Zend Optimizer version that match as well (above 3.0.0).
You would need to have a valid license though to run it on our hosting. Also seeing as the license might be bound both to IP and domain, be aware that Free hosting does not offer a dedicated IP address, while premium hosting does.
